Bethany Blues - Let's Do Trivia Blurb - 12/18/25

Bethany Blues: Another baker's dozen of fantastic teams along with a special guest dressed in red joined this week's game. Dr. Zoom nabbed the OTB extra point to get our game off to a great start. Dr. Zoom capitalized on their early bonus to lead the competition throughout the early rounds. *draw a picture of Baby New Year on the Round 2/Question 1 response (1/1/26) to score bonus points* At Halftime, Dr. Zoom were leading the charge ahead of Mugsy's Masters, Aquadummies, Teslas4Putin and If This Was Strip Poker. Dr. Zoom maintained their momentum to extend their lead over the second half. Going into the Final Bonus, they were trailed by Off Center, Aquadummies, Nicky's Friends and Bad Girls.

Only one team correctly answered the Final Bonus, scoring the victory!

Bethany Blues: An excellent crowd filled with some familiar faces showed up to join this week's game. Just Cheers & Off Center both scored OTB extra points for their responses. The game didn't play into anyone's particular strengths, so it was a tight match over the early rounds. *draw a picture of a parking meter on the Round 2/Question 1 response (5/22/25) to score bonus points* At Halftime, Just Cheers held a narrow lead over a tie between Off Center and Underage Thinkers, then another tie between Bethany Blues and Big Cookie. Off Center came out of the half with a head of steam to take over the lead and ran at the front until being pipped by Zoom Mini as we entered the Final Bonus. The lead duo were followed by Titanic Swim Team, Just Cheers and Big Cookie. Only a single team correctly answered the Final Bonus. Bethany Blues - Let's Do Trivia Blurb - 6/19/25

Bethany Blues: We had a packed house with nearly 20 teams (whew!) join in the fun this week. Off Center, Sextupuss and New Neighbors all scored OTB extra points for their responses. It was a close match due to a surprisingly low-scoring game. Everyone was struggling. *draw a picture of Sunny the Smilin' Sun on the Round 2/Question 1 response (6/26/25) to score bonus points* At Halftime, New Neighbors held a narrow lead over a tie between Bad Girls and Sextupuss, followed by another tie between Master Naturalists and D-town, who were followed by yet a 3-way tie. The top eight teams covered by just 3 points. The second half really shook up the running order, favoring a few teams, challenging others. Going into the Final Bonus, Dr. Zoom was just ahead of D-town, Sextupuss, Houston-We Have An Answer, then a tie between New Neighbors and Master Naturalists. Blurb For Game played on 10-30-2025

It was great being back at Bethany Blues for Let's Do Trivia last Thursday for ERIC THE GREAT!!! People are always fun and friendly. It's even good to see Adele!  It was a big crowd last week with lots of energy and competition. Teslas4Putin started off with a great On Time Bonus Question answer. However, by the time we got thru Halftime, Confederacy Of Dunces lead the pack. After Halftime, Teslas4Putin got to work at it again, and, lead the field as we went into Final Bonus. But, with a big wager and the correct answer, Off Center pulled off the win for the 1st place prize. Threes Company took 2nd place, and, Teslas4Putin took the 3rd place prize. The Nacho Prize (cuz this was "Not Cho Game") was scooped up by JS.
